With RIM’s release of BlackBerry Tablet OS 2.0 in February, we are now able to offer WorkMobile on the BlackBerry PlayBook.
If your PlayBook is upgraded to 2.0, go to BlackBerry App World and search for “workmobile”.
Due to a restriction of the PlayBook, WorkMobile is unable to access the camera on the PlayBook. If your form contains the Photo tool, it will act like a “file attachment”, allowing you to select a photo from the device’s file system. A “barcode” tool will work like a text box, allowing you to key in a value.
