The Dutch Postcode Lottery, one of Boost’s clients, were organising a high profile event where they planned to do a live draw, a prerequisite of which was using a world class solution capable of capturing a vast amount of data in real-time.
The success of the event was completely dependent upon the reliability of the technology solution deployed.
Using WorkMobile, the mobile devices were loaded with Postcode Lottery branded digital forms, and given to a number of Boost team members at the event.
With a minimal amount of training thanks to the technology’s user-friendly nature, they were able to collect the relevant data in no time at all. This data was sent securely to a UK website, from which a winner was picked at random at the end of the event.

We have worked with a number of field marketing companies both in the UK and overseas so in many ways Boost Field Marketing’s requirements were fairly typical in that they were focused on capturing high quality data in a relatively short period of time on either a mobile phone or PDA.
