A common question that new WorkMobile™ users ask is: ‘Why doesn’t the form I have just designed appear on my mobile?’ Making your forms go live is so easy . .
Usually the reason for this is because the form hasn’t been made ‘Live’.
All you need to do is go into your WorkMobile™ account, and click on ‘Forms’. Next, click on the form you would like to use, and the form dashboard will be displayed. Simply click on the icon that says ‘Form is offline’ and it will change to ‘Form is live’. Then all you need to do is click on the ‘Save’ button and your form will be published to your mobile users. It’s that easy!
