Bucking the trend in a tough economic climate, KJM’s business was growing at pace yet internal administrative processes were struggling to meet the new demand.
The paper based proof of delivery system meant that back-office admin staff were spending over 20 hours a week matching proof of delivery forms to job records, scanning these onto back-office systems before they could be sent back to the customer as proof of delivery.
