If your forms need to be more intelligent and interactive, it is possible to apply hidden logic to determine which pages are relevant to the user.
By using page breaks, you can use ‘skip logic’ to jump from one page to another.
For example, if question 1 is ‘Was the parcel delivered?’, skip logic can be used to take the user to the next relevant question depending on the answer. i.e. a yes answer will skip the user to question 3, but a no answer will continue to question 2 ‘Why was the parcel not delivered?’.
1. In the Form Designer drag and drop the Page Break field to split the form into different pages.
2. Give each Page Break a name, either using text or a number and apply logic within the page break properties.
3. Firstly, fill in the Target, which is the page you want the user to ‘jump’ to by choosing the page from the drop down menu.
4. Then enter a formula which will decide which page the user will go to next.
